Who Is God?

God is often thought of as a big guy in the sky with a long white beard, sitting on a big throne with a dagger or ball of fire in His hand, ready to hurl it at the next person who makes a mistake. Though He is the Ancient One (Dan.7:9), and the judge (Heb. 12:23), He is love and does not desire to hurt anyone. Here are a few teachings about God to assist in getting to know Him better.
